Complete renovation of a detached house in Sounion, Attica.
The total renovation of the residence was completed with the aim of a complete redesign and functional upgrade of the property. The project included extensive flooring stripping, internal and external window frames, as well as a complete remodelling of the kitchen and bathrooms. Through selective removals and new spatial organisation, the layout was redesigned overall, creating a modern residence with improved flow and functionality.
In the surrounding area, landscape design interventions were carried out, with replanting of existing trees and overall landscaping of the outdoor area, while the design of a future swimming pool was foreseen as a continuation of the composition.
The proposal focused on the synthesis of aesthetics, ergonomics and modern living needs, aiming to highlight the architectural identity of the property and create a fully upgraded living space.
