An existing 1st floor apartment was demolished and a two floor and a three-storey maisonette was constructed.
The pre-existing apartment was completely dismantled and re-architected in order to function as a maisonette with an internal staircase with the two additional floors that were constructed.
The plumbing and electrical installation as well as the network were replaced, collectors and new electrical panels were installed.
In addition, an alarm system was installed, external windows were replaced with a new type of thermally broken windows, new tiles were installed on the floors, new bathrooms were constructed and two new kitchens with built-in appliances, new wardrobes and internal windows were installed.
Finally a lift was installed, railings on the balconies and an autonomous bbq.
